Topic: Optional Trailing Slash

How would I go about adding a trailing slash to the end of URLs without it causing a 404, however without it being a part of the slug or parent itself, to maintain flexibility?

So that

example.com/blog

and

example.com/blog/

Both link to the same page?

Thanks smile
