Topic: Problem with Monstra

Hello,

before 15 hours i tried to install some plugins to the monstra of this website --> http://tansania.rbz-steinburg.de/

Now, as you see, the website does not show anymore. Just a white screen. No idea how this happend.

I installed some Plugins

...well i've tried... didn't worked.

After this the Website keeped loading long. Then it sometimes randomly shown Error 502 & 504.
The Adminarea of Monstra wasn't available too.

Now the admin area is available again. Uninstalled the contact plugin.

Website is still not available.

Got no idea what da faq i've done.

Try bring back all changes what you do(uninstall plugins and canges in code), or reinstall monstra and retern data from backup (:

Already uninstalled all Plugins, removed all new codes and even the new pages and namechanges which were made.

Onliest thing (and i don't rly understand a lot of this) is, that the installed plugins r still in the "tmp" file on the FTP Server. Can't remove them from there.

try restart server? i try clean tmp on server for test - result was white screen

Hello mircoffive welcome on board wink

Lets see this first:

1st - Download your copy of mostra to your computer!
2nd - Delete your hosting account or ask for Help on your ftp to your hosting provider,
3rd - Upload again your monstra,
4th - Go to your Panel, then delete temporary files (button on top)

That is probably a problem with your .htaccess file check file permissions! wink
