Monstra 2.2.0 Beta 2

Monstra CMS 2.2.0 Beta is now available for beta testing :)

Here is a list of major changes/fixes in this second beta:

• Pages Manager: added ability to quickly update page status and page access.
• Filesmanager: Bootstrap Lightbox added instead of default Modal Dialog.
• Update Gelato to 1.0.1.
• Default Theme: fix footer chunk
